Large bundles or smudging, 20 cm long. Everything is grown with love in the mountains of Crete. A local resident lovingly ties these bundles. This white sage (Salvia apiana) is of high quality, fresh, with a strong smell, one small leaf makes the whole house vibrate.
White sage has a long tradition as a medicinal, incense plant in Native American ceremonies. They believe that it cures respiratory problems such as colds and coughs. Smoking a space with white sage smoke is believed to have an antibacterial effect, cleansing the space of physical pathogens and spiritually heavy energies. This scent improves concentration and mood. It can also be used in saunas.
