The package contains 100g of dried Mucuna Pruriens, also known as Kapikachu powder.
Mucuna pruriens is a so-called Nootropic - the plant is used by the so-called "neurohackers". They say it helps improve memory, multi-tasking, motivation, concentration, reduce stress and just feel calmer. Also that it provides energy, reduces brain fog and boosts mood and libido.
The main active ingredient L-DOPA stimulates Dopamine in the body, which is important for our nervous system, and this substance is one of the main tools used for Parkinson's disease, so if you have this, I recommend that you consult your doctor about this additional inclusion.
Not recommended for use during pregnancy.
Usage: it is recommended to start using from 1/8-1/4 tsp. per day slowly upping the daily rate up to 1tsp (can be poured into smoothies, cocoa or other drinks), it is recommended to use 4-5 days/week. and do 2-3 day breaks
