The White Lotus (Nymphaea Alba), like the Blue Egyptian Lotus, is actually a Water Lily. The effect of this plant is similar to that of the Blue Egyptian Lotus (see the description of the Blue Lotus).
Instructions for Lotus Tea:
Boil a single flower (per person) in a pot of water until the water boils, then reduce the heat and boil for another 3 minutes. Then let sit until it reaches drinkable temperature
Alternatively, simply pour boiling water into a teapot/large mug and allow the tea to infuse after adding the flower. Drink the cup and you can fill it with hot water 2-3 more times using the same flower
