Dried White Lotus (tea)

The White Lotus (Nymphaea Ampla), like the Blue Egyptian Lotus, is actually a Water Lily. The effect of this plant is similar to that of the blue Egyptian lotus (see the description of the Blue Lotus), maybe with a slightly sweeter taste and a more "mushroomy" scent :) .

Instructions for Lotus Tea:

Boil a good pinch of flowers in a pot of water until the water boils, then reduce the heat and boil for another 3 minutes. Then let sit until it reaches drinkable temperature

Alternatively, simply pour boiling water into a teapot/large mug and allow the tea to infuse after adding the petals. Drink the cup and you can fill it with hot water 2-3 more times using the same petals.
